A truckload of photos
I'm home on medical leave cos I'm sick. I didn't fake any illness just to get an MC to stay at home because I'm indeed stricken with throat inflammation and fever! Haha. Woohoo! No work today!
That's why I have all the time in the world to install the software for the digicam, transfer the pics into the com and blog about them.
So here goes nothing....
So, this was the day when that big baby surprised me with the digicam. We were having lunch at Wisma's Food Republic.

I think he was midway through his sentence when I snapped this pic. =p

Snapshots from the bottom make you look fatter than you actually are. Self consolation.
So, it was back to work after a short lunch. Time seemed to crawl its way till knock-off time. We knock off at 5.30 pm everyday, but by 5.20 pm the interns are already switching off their computers and packing up.

Cynthia with an audit working paper. HELL, I am gonna hate the sight of working papers for at least 1 yr and this is a promise!

A typical working desk during office hrs. It's insane cos you can't even see the table top!

That's Rachie and I, waiting for the lift down. We're going to meet the rest for dinner! Finally, a time to unwind, let down my hair and destress!

A heavenly selection of gelatos for you? They look absolutely delectable, don't they?

Rach agrees with me.

And she buys herself a Forest Berry cone.

Whoever said you cannot pose for the camera right smack in the middle of Orchard Rd?
So, we met up with Angie, Gena and Steve for dinner at Pepper Lunch. Funny, isn't it? Doing Dinner at Pepper Lunch. Ha!

There was a long queue but its all fine cos Mr Camera steps in as a temporary entertainer.

I so wanna devour Pepper Lunch after looking at this pic! It's weird how my appetite seems to grow larger even when I'm ill.
So, off to Alleybar!

Hahahhaa! That's a perfectly candid shot!

Chilling over drinks. But I think we got more wound up instead of our initial plan of relaxing and winding down for a change. I shan't go into details what idiotic Steven did. Haha! Indeed it was one promiscuous night.
So, on to really random pictures.

That pair of gorgeous earrings is a bday pressie from Anisah and I love it.

Cute charming wedges from the girls! They're quite a bitch to walk in but am loving them to bits nonetheless!

Just a homely moment with my baby during the weekends :)

Ok when a digicam suddenly plops into your hand after not having a fuctioning one for eons, you take pictures of everything and anything possible. Even a messy room is worth having its pic taken.

I am a geek. I'm sure you guys know by now. Since I've started going to work, I've been buying novels to keep the train rides home more endurable. I've finished the three books on the left, moving on to The Time Traveller's Wife. I save the best for the last! And if you notice, I only buy international bestsellers. So superficial. Haha. I'm gonna collect every single international bestseller available, no kid.
Here's the geek signing off.
